Have you ever wanted to visit us in the off season but worried about sudden inclement weather stopping you? This year we are trying something new!  Sometimes booking can be financially risky, and we understand that many guests worry about losing out.  To ensure the safety and comfort of our traveling guests we are waiving our typical cancellation fee for the months of December and January.

All deposits are $12 and you can cancel up to 48 hours before arrival. This gives folks the option to plan ahead and use the weather forecast to predict if they can come or not.
