Room 1 - Family Suite

This two room suite is front row to the Downie River. One room has a full size bed and the other has a Cali-King size bed, separated by the kitchen and a two-door bathroom. This suite has two entry points, making each space feel private and serene. Sip your favorite beverage on the L-shaped couch and enjoy the rushing rivers right outside your door! Eat meals with your river view dining area or dine alfresco on the expansive covered deck that is shared between rooms 1 & 2. This suite accommodates 4 guests comfortably. Includes microwave, toaster, mini-fridge, two dining areas, dishes, kitchenware, full bathroom with a claw-foot tub, sitting area and two flat screen TVs.

Pets are allowed with a $250 refundable pet deposit, and non-refundable pet fee. Please call ahead and let us know if you are bringing a pet as we do have breed restrictions.

Please no bikes in the rooms. The Lodge offers secure locked bike storage with 24/7 security cameras. Free parking is included for one car.

Both rooms of this suite are on the bottom floor and connect to a large shaded patio - perfect for warmer months. 

Room 2 - Queen Kitchenette

Suite Two is located on the ground level between rooms 1 and 2 and is one of two queen kitchen rooms with a fireplace. It has a great river view like all of the rooms at Riverside Mountain Lodge and accommodates 2 guests comfortably but can sleep 3 with the addition of a roll-away bed for a small fee. The room includes dishes and kitchenware, full bathroom with a walk in shower, sitting area and flat screen TV.

This room is on the bottom floor with no stairs and gets lots of shade on the patio. 

Room 3 - Queen

Room Three is located on the main level next to rooms 1 and 2 and is one of our larger queen rooms. This room accommodates 2 guests comfortably and includes a microwave, mini-fridge, full bathroom with a shower/claw foot tub combo, couch sitting area and flat screen TV. It of course has a deck with amazing river view that is shared with rooms 1 and 2.

This room is on the bottom floor, and does not require stairs. This room stays cooler in the summer heat because it has a shaded patio. 

Room 4 - Queen

Room Four is located next to the lobby and has a great river view and deck shared with room 5 and boasts a gas fireplace. It is our largest queen suite and accommodates 2 guests comfortably. It can accommodate 3 people with the addition of a roll-away bed for a small fee. The room includes dining bar, seating area with chairs, microwave, mini-fridge, full bathroom with a shower and bath, and flat screen TV.

Room 5 - King Kitchenette

Suite Five has a great river view where you can nestle in to your King-Size bed and sip your favorite beverage as the water rushes by. Enjoy meals with your river view eat-in kitchen or eat outside on the large deck shared with room 4 and the lobby. Includes a microwave, mini-fridge, dishes and kitchenware, full bathroom with a shower, and flat screen TV and sleeps 2 people comfortably.

Room 6 - Queen Kitchenette

Room Six is located on the top floor and is the first room upstairs with a private balcony. Enjoy meals in your private eat-in kitchen or dine above the rushing river on your private deck. This room accommodates two guests comfortably but can accommodate a third with the addition of a roll-away bed for a small fee.  Includes a  microwave, mini-fridge, dishes and kitchenware, bathroom with a shower and full bathtub, fireplace and flat screen TV.

Includes a microwave, mini-fridge, dishes and kitchenware, full bathroom with a shower and full bathtub, fireplace and flat screen TV. Suite Seven accommodates two guests.

Room 9 - King

Room Nine is located on the top floor and has a great river view paired with a large king-size bed, flannel Pendleton sheets and and a private indoor seating area. Like all of the other rooms at Riverside Mountain Lodge, Room 9 boasts a river view balcony where you can enjoy a drink or a meal at your patio table. This room accommodates 2 guests comfortably and includes a microwave, mini-fridge, full bathroom with a shower and bath and flat screen TV.

Room 10 - Queen

Room 10 is located on the top floor and has the second best view of the confluence of the North Yuba and Downie Rivers from its private balcony. This queen sized room has private indoor seating for two and includes a microwave, mini-fridge, full bathroom with a shower and bath and a flat screen TV.

Pets are not allowed in this room- it is kept as allergen free as possible.

Room 11 - Full

Room 11 has the most unobstructed view of the confluence formed via the Yuba and Downie Rivers to be had here in Downieville. It's perfect for a single traveler or two people who enjoy a very cozy long-full sized bed. The room includes a full bathroom with a shower and bathtub and a flat screen TV. 

Pets are not allowed in this room- it is kept as allergen free as possible.

Cottage

Adorable 1800's Cottage with grand river view. Two bedrooms, full kitchen, and loads of charm. A spacious, riverfront patio provides the perfect scene for relaxation and enjoying the beautiful Downie River. Pets are allowed in The Cottage with a $250 refundable pet deposit.

Please no bikes in the cottage. The Lodge offers secure locked bike storage with 24/7 security cameras.

Free parking is included for one car right out front of the cottage. A small set of stairs leads to the front cottage's front door. The rooms of the cottage are only accessible though stairs.
